Ever wanted to receive a Socialist hero’s welcome? Book this package and a Communist worker from the 1970s will meet you at the airport with ‘treats’ such as salted bread, pickles and vodka. After your driver has given you a traditional Polski greeting he’ll whisk you to your hotel in a genuine East German Trabant – the people’s car. For an extra fee the Polish folk band, Leopold Kielbasa (“The Sausage”), will be on hand with a full fanfare. Unforgettable!

We start in the afternoon with our standard Communism Tour, upgraded with a visit to our authentic Communist apartment. After the tour the party starts! Enjoy a VIP reservation at a Nowa Huta restaurant, unchanged since the 1970s, and tuck in to a huge Polish dinner –during which you can sample beers and five different shots of vodka! Next, in the same venue, it’s time for a very retro boogie at a real 1980s-style Commie disco. A truly unique experience. Don’t worry about overdoing it – our man, Mr. Vieslav (this time appropriately attired) will be on hand to drive you home.
